Mike Caruso, the firm’s principal, is a local attorney who offers big firm professionalism and skill with a more focused, personal approach.  Mike has the experience and vision to develop legal strategies generating favorable outcomes using litigation and, oftentimes, without seeking judicial intervention, while focusing on his client's goals and bottom line.

Mike started his legal career at Westchester County firms with established litigation and land use practices.  Mike later joined a solo practitioner in Putnam County to be closer to his family where he honed his skills even further as a litigator and land use practitioner while deepening relationships with his core clients.

In addition to private practice, Mike presides as one of the Town of Patterson Justices. In November, 2017, he was elected for a full term after being appointed by the Town Board in 2016. When he’s not practicing law, or on the bench, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle.
